This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Lidia Suarez. She assisted me with the purchase of a new home in Louisville, Colorado. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Lidia is the best agent/ broker I have ever used.

Lidia has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client's best interests in mind. My real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Lidia normally handles but she treated me with the same professionalism and courtesy one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client's time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties that do not meet the client’s requests. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. My transaction went very smoothly.

As mentioned above, Lidia represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart and transactions can sometimes become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Lidia represent me.

I have so many good things to say I don't know where to start. First If I could give Lidia 10 stars I would. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and did not know how the process worked, Lidia answered all our questions and was on top of everything and anything you can possibly think of. Every time she spoke with the seller's agent she would communicate with us. We never felt like we were in the dark at any given time. She is such a positive person and made our process go smoothly. I am telling you if you are unsure and shopping around just call her you will be happy that you did.

Lidia Suarez is a superhero! We relocated to CO from KY with her help. The plan was to stay in an Airbnb for 2 months and use that time to search for houses, but my partner and I found a home we adored a month ahead of the move to the Airbnb. We flew into town last minute to tour the house and see if it was as good in person as it was online, and Lidia made time to accompany us and schedule some other tours as well on very short notice (less than 24 hours!). We fell in love with the house, found out it already had a few offers, and decided to throw our hat in the ring. Lidia talked us through the components that make up a competitive offer, and with that information we put together an offer that got the seller's attention!! Throughout every step of the process Lidia was attentive, informative, fun, and moved quickly. Which was a blessing because we had less than 15 days to close after the offer was accepted. I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Lidia.

Lidia is a wonderful person to have on your side when it comes to finding homes. We had some issues qualifying due to items we had in our credit report. Even though we couldn't qualify, Lidia never gave up on us. When we were finally able to qualify Lidia did not waste any time in finding our home. The whole process of buying a house was not as stressful because of Lidia's calm demeanor. Our whole family will more than likely work with Lidia on their future home purchase.

Lidia was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend you choose her for your real estate needs. I was purchasing a new build townhome in Lakewood, CO from out of state. Obviously, this can be a pretty daunting experience as this was my first home, and I wasn't able to monitor things going on with the build being out of state.. that's where Lidia came in. She eased many of my concerns and was able to act as an extension of myself, going onsite several times a month to ensure the contractors were on time, and sending me progress pictures which made me feel like I was there in person myself.
